Hey Russman, you had one of these at one time. Seems it went to someone else on this forum. Anyway, my question is about the inputs labeled "LP". Is there a phono section always built in or was that an option? I'm thinking about buying one and need a phono section.

It was an optional board - and not a very reliable one at that. I'd certainly get an outboard phono stage, if you are thinking about going the Golden Tube route.

The preamp itself sounds amazing - but IIRC the phono board was battery powered, and the batteries were the big issue, replacement and reliability.Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.
