Al Gore needs to man up accept responsibility. He's had a hardone for Florida for a long time. I think the picture, even though graphic in nature, needs to be seen by all.

I don't think that was an appropriate picture to post on CP. Much too graphic.

I don't think it's a result of global warming, rather, it's a sure sign of global dimming.

I think it is global warming but the current theories of why are all wrong. I have spent the last month recalculting the cause and also have formulated the result. I'll provide the high level now and if you need the calcs the will be included with Raife's FINAL SDA Compendium. OK, here goes...

The thermal energy released is directly correlated to the advancement and proliferation of speakers and electronics. The efficient use of modern amplifiers, dacs and preamps has resulted in more acquistical wave fronts colliding and releasing the energy pent up in the wave front is then transferred into the atmosphere.

These calculations are very difficult to understand in which I have developed and am not sure if anyone here on the forum can understand them. To that end, I have decided to help out my fellow Polkies by provideing the solution with additional support in executing the action plan. "Send me all your sub woofers, amps, processors, speakers and any accessaries and I will properly dispose of them. I will assure you my absolute devotion to this cause.

I must admit I'm absolutely taken aback that my friend and environmental research colleague HBomb failed to mention my contributions to this mutual cause for the preservation of our earth's only atmosphere for better living for this generation and the next. I have faithfully been by his side during all processes of our intensive study, from collecting research, to developing algorithms, to applying them, reworking them, hypothesising, and even in the public realm trying to gain the populace's attention.

I, too, am full-heartedly devoted to this massive undertaking, and am more than willing to help my colleague out with the proper recovery and disposal of all contributing equipment, should he become inundated with such equipment, which I suspect he most definitely will be.
