Rogers LS6
saw these on audiogon right near my office. 200.00 bucks. Figured I couldnt go too wrong. Heard good things from what little info I could find, besides, I never owned a british monitor before.
in terms of overall soundstage and presence, they're certainly no Bozak Symphony, but I gave it a while, and I started to warm up to them. There probably as close to a neutral speaker I ever owned. not exactly warm, but not bright either. definitly more accurate than I thought they would be.
after a little while, I really started to like them. I think I'll play with them for a while. I sure as hell aint dumping the bozaks, they're here to stay, but I;ll keep these rogers around for when I am in the mood for something a little different.
I'll post more details on the Rogers as I get better aquainted with them

certainly a wierd bump...this I know, but i felt it worth noting that i still have these bookies and absolutly adore them,
getting to reknow them....again...with the little Ipod tube integrated amp I got from George (with the CAL DX cd player I got from Russ some time ago). cant say enough about these, close to the favorite pair of bookshelfs I've laid ears on.
as great as this little rig sounds in my small home office room. I might break out my Anthem tube gear I;ve been hoarding for the better part of a year unused
do i like it better than my main 2 channel rig? no, but its intriguing what I am getting out of a system I paid less than 600 bucks for. well, 640 if you include the stands. :rolleyes:Living Room 2 Channel -
