I just bought a 19" LCD monitor for my computer for $300 last Thursday. There were also 2 rebates that totalled $100 that I needed to send in. Well, I went to Vegas on Friday and get back on Tuesday and find out the wife threw away the box already. When I was looking at the rebate form, I need the box because the UPC is on it..

now what?

Your wife must have found out what you did in Vegas.

if it only cost him 100$ depending on what he did, that may be an even better deal than saving the cash!

both rebates can't need the original UPC so you should be able to get one at least. find a way to copy the UPC from another box (buy/return). if your upc was "lost" in the mail, the rebate center would accept the copies you made just in case ;)

    good point...buy again then return..

it's not like I'm doing something wrong. I bought the damn thing!!

Although the UPC will probably show that it was returned and I will get nothing anyways..

UPC's are not serial numbers. Don't think it can be tracked that way. Unless the UPC label has the serial number on it. Do you remember what it looked like?

You're screwed either way. Even if you had the UPC, chances are you'd never see the rebate. Rebates = suck !

Punch your wife in the face.

Then go get some chicken and beer.
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.
