We bought our first house a little over a year ago. After moving in, we were too tired to celebrate.

We're not actually moving in until the 15th, but we've been packing like demons in the meantime. I'm not looking forward to it, especially since I currently live in the 2nd floor of an apartment and much of the furniture has to be lowered out a window.

Old historic house converted into apartments -- not much to call hallways:p
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Congrats, Jason. now move on to part II: more furniture...:)
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    Thanks guys...

The dining room is huge and all we have right now is a 3 or 4 foot round top cheapo table to occupy it. Honestly, the place should look ridiculous for the first couple of months at least:)

Since the place has more rooms than we originally were seeking, looks like I'll have a dedicated audio room. This pleases both me and the wife:D

We moved last Saturday, boxes everywhere. Of course I moved from a house to another house AND combined two households. Be prepared for a good time and don't forget to call your friends for a "free" beer... ;)
