old vs new Perfects???

hi ive been looking for a perfect sub for my car and have it narrowed down between 2. ronically its the new and old infinity kappa perfect. i was wondering what one i should go with, the new 12 DVQ or the old 12.1 D. Anyone heard em? whats louder? whats cleaner? any one know where i could pick up one cheap? Thanx for the help
