Is this as good a (set of) deal(s) as it seems to be?
Within the last two weeks I've been able to pick up a pair of RT1000i's and two pairs of RT7s all in new condition for $100 per pair.
They sound fantastic for a 7.1 setup (though I still have an older JBL N-Center that I'll need to replace eventually).
Anyone had any similar amazing deals come their way?

I actually already have them thumping in my apartment, so no further investigation necessary.
I was a little leery at first, suspecting stolen property, but I got the RT1000i's from a nice lady in her 50s or 60s in an upscale condo here in Chicago, and one pair of the RT7s from a guy on the northside also in a nice place. He said he bought his friend's set up and was just trying to get rid of stuff. The other pair of RT7s are courtesy of eBay.Receiver: H/K AVR-330
