can anybody show me what box specs i would need for 2 sr124's? would i want to go with a sealed or ported enclosure? thanks

The manual says that you should have .88 cubit feet net for a sealed enclosure, and that you should add the drivers displacement of 0.14 cu ft. to the total volume.Alpine: CDA-7949

We've got some box designs, but for some reason they haven't been posted yet. The SR's will work in boxes as small as db/ Momo require, but they like boxes a bit bigger. I think the 10" likes about .8 and the 12" likes 1.1 sealed? We've also got a couple ported designs that work really well. I've had an SR124DVC in a 2.25 cu. ft. box tuned to about 30 Hz for months and I love it. We should have some box designs on the sub box page soon, sorry for the delay.
