Celebrities often have more pull on any given subject just because they are popular people, not because they know anything. To me this has always been a reason why they should temper their responses in public. Their opinions are weighted more heavily and therefore they have (or should have in my opinion) more of a responsibility to moderate somewhat on their views. Those who don't, well, I start questioning whether or not I want to support them in any fashion. If the opinions come through clearly in the music then I really have no use for it. For the record, I really don't want to hear either side of the story in my music but I know there is a tough line to follow when you write about opinions.

If an artist wants to make their opnion public then they can live with the repercussions.
I will never support the dixie dames and I would enjoy life if jane fonda and michael moron never appeared anywhere ever again.

I do not follow the opnions of the stars so they need to get their opnion out where I bump into it. If I bump into it and do not agree then they make my s!#t list, if I agree then I will support them.

It is real simple; they are after your money and you get to choose who you give your money to.

Sky- I guess its like the song about how when we think back of all the crap we learned in hgh school, Koda chrome and all that. Lots of anti-gov stuff in the music those days and my little gang rallied around these bands anti-establishment messages, Vietnam and all of that, of course we really did not know our butts from the holes in the ground, I agree somehow though it seems different these days, then I think maybe its just because I am older now but the younger ones maybe they feel differently?
