I need to find out what is the thread size on Rti8’s speaker spike cones. You know those 4 dark plastic doohickeys that support speaker cabinet.

Anyway, it looks like Standard ¼-20 thread, but I’m not sure. Can anyone please help?

Thanks Gator :):)

Yes aaharvel, that was the first thing I have done. E-mailed to Polk a week ago and no response. The "800" number doesn't work from Canada.

That is why I have posted my question. Thanks for your help anyway.

Confirmed, I called polk CS and they are 1/4 20 thread, you can order for $2.00 each and they will ship via fedex. Polk CS says to avoid pivoting speaker on the Spikes to avoid damage, etc.

If you want to try something different parts express has these to offer
