Adcom 5500 vs. Outlaw M2200

In the market for another amp. Any thoughts on the Adcom 5500 and Outlaw M2200. The Outlaw is much easier on the pocketbook but how does it compare to the Adcom. Also how's about factory refreshed Adcoms at Onecall.com.
