Hey. I'm lookin for an amp and sub(s) to put in my car. I got a new head unit and my speakers are still factory but they are fine. I just need lots of bass. I wanna make old ladies get mad at me. Lol.
Please tell me if the stuff i have linked here would be good. I have done some lookin online but I'm not too familiar with the whole car stereo scene. Also post stuff that i could get that would really rattle the earth. (i would get that MTX jackhammer but ugh, I'm not rich! lol)
Here are some subs ive been looking at. Will they do the job?

If someone could also tell me an amp that i should use with any of these please do. I am probably only gonna buy one sub if its one of those $300+ ones. If the sub is like 150-250 i could possibly get 2 but i really want one quality sub that will really shake my car. I need to get an amp that would get me the best results from w/e sub i buy. If someone could tell me an ideal amp and sub combo i would be greatful, and from there i will see what i can do money-wise.

What the heck are you talking about?
I would highly recommend Soundsplinter subwoofers. If it were not for space constraints I would be running their RL-p12 right now.

These are their RL-p subs. These things get very loud, but can do it while still playing very cleanly.

I think the RL-p's would do the trick. I may try to fit one a little later .Alpine: CDA-7949

Any of them will be a good choice for you especially if you are going to go with two of them. FWIW I run one Orion H2 12" sub and it provides plenty of bass in a vented enclosure for my needs. Here is a link to a seller that has two brand new H2 15" subs that fit in your budget of 250.00 each. I can assure you that two of these matched with a powerful amp will provide plenty of nauseating bass for you

Did it ever occur to you that I have been reading this for awhile now? Maybe you should use you BRAIN if you are going to say something. And no, I am 16 thanks. -

i was going to put these in a civic, but the car got sold and baby on the way. this setup will my your guts turn. let me know if you're interested. all this is brand new never installed. -
I honestly prefer polk products over any other. they have excellent products and back them up 100% with great warranty. if you're looking for premium car audio, look no further than the Polk Momo line. I guarantee that you wont be disappointed.

I just started getting into Polk Audio gear. So far its been good to me but I'm only runnin Momo 5-1/2 components with the C300.2 amplifier. I've been an Alpine fan forever and they have a good lineup on subs with digital amps. Check out their website or look for some Type X woofers and PSX amplifiers by Alpine in your search menu.
