12" Pioneer Sub is making a weird noise.....

So yesterday I bought a Jenson 425 Watt Power Amplifier. I hooked everything up correctly, turn on the car, adjusted the settings, and the sub made this noise like it was popping. I switched subs to another 12", forget it's name now, and it did the same thing. Is the wiring in the car messed up or is metal touching metal somewhere?

NO one's going to help you when you start up 10 different threads that ultimately make you sound like a moron.
