I answered an ad on Craigslist for a receiver. The seller mentioned he also has a pair of Polk Audio S10's for sale. He wants $100 for the pair. I was not able to find many posts about S10's. Can anyone provide some information on their sound and their build quality? I have never heard a pair.

Thanks!

John

I listened to them today through a Yahama CR-620 receiver. They sound nice... close to a Monitor 7, but not quite as good. However, they looked cheap. They were solid black and were not made of MDF... they looked sort of "plasticy." I passed on them.

    Hi ya John!

I picked up a sweet pair of 7's today. Nice sound! Sorry yours weren't "keepers".
