This might be dumb but I have a question thats been eating my mind and I need someones advice. I currently exchanged a Yamaha rxv 2500 for the new Denon 2807. The problem is that that I got stuck with the power cord for the yamaha 2500 and sent the new Denons power cord with the yamaha. I have hooked it up and it sound great but I am afraid that down the line this might have problems. I mean if you look at a normal receivers power cord you will see that they are almost generic. Any advice on this Matter? TAKE into consideration that the Yamaha was 130 watts and the Denon is 110 watts. Did I end up having a stronger Power cord for the Denon since the wattage is less? Please help and I need your advice.

I'd say you're reading into it to much. Just enjoy the sound. If you really want, just buy a better power cord from say Signal Cable and enjoy having even more power/dynamics.Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.
