Sunfire grand five 200w or Fosgate Audionics FAA1000.5 five channel amp ??

I am going to buy a five channel amp, either a Fosgate Audionics FAA1000.5

200 wpc or a Sunfire Grand Five 200 wpc

Which one is better? I need some help deciding which one to buy.
