Older 20's

This weekend, I hit up the ATM for a couple of bills. Of course I got back a bunch of 20's.
Interestingly, two of those 20's are from the mid 80's with Jamer Baker's signature.
Have these twenties gone up in value since they don't have all the new security features, etc.?
Thanks,
Wes

$2 sounds about right.
I dont' think theyr'e rare enough for anyone to actually pay for them.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -
$2 bills aren't rare at all. You can still get them from the bank for.... you guessed it, $2 a piece.Ludicrous gibs!

On the other hand, most banks will have to give you silver dollars (at $1 each) if you ask for them and they have any. And they ARE worth more than $1.
I had a teacher in middle school whose wife worked at a bank- he was a coin & military collector and whenever anything weird would come in, she'd swap it out for her own cash at the end of the day. They made a good bit on the side doing this.Gallo Ref 3.1 : Bryston 4b SST : Musical fidelity CD Pre : VPI HW-19

Probably about 20 years! :eek:Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support
group for that. It's called EVERYBODY, and they meet at the bar.

There was a sailor at Great Lakes Naval Training center in 1979 that got a cash disbursement in all silver certificate bills. Worth considerably more than face value."The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg." --Thomas Jefferson
