Looking at some SDA 1's locally help me out

As above found someone locally who has some sda1's however there is no interconnect cable. How can I tell if they actually work and is there a link on how to build a new cable for them? He is asking $500 does this sound okay or should it be less?

    Welcome aboard Scott,Depends on which model of SDA 1's you're looking at...There is much info here on making the interconnect for SDA's,simply use the search option.

    If the SDA's you're looking at take the blade/blade i/c,Polk still has those available,or at least they used to not soo long ago.

    The price will also depend on exactly which model of SDA the speaks are...There is a recent thread on the value of the SDA 1C's,if they are indeed 1C's,and in very good condition,they should be worth the asking price,but,it never hurts to carry cash and make an offer:D
