I'm looking around ebay for an amplifier.

I've no idea what to look for used as far as a tube setup goes. I'd like to get into tubes but I don't know enough about them yet.

However, looking around here's some solid state ones I found that have piqued my interest... anyone's thoughts?

ADCOM GFA-545 II
Dynaco ST-400
SANSUI BA-2000
Parasound HCA-800II
B&K EX-442

Ideally like I said, I'd like to explore tubes. However, I'm powering RTA 11t's so that means I need something that will do 6ohms at like... between 100 and 200 watts per channel, but staying in my budget of about $3-500, I'll go over but only if its something I'm really gonna like / etc.

    Take a look on www.Audiogon.com

A much better selection and better folks to deal with.

I can tell you right now, you're not going to find a 100/200wpc tube amp for that money.

heh, didn't think so... but I figure I should be able to get something really good non-tube in that range for the 11's :) I'll check out that audiogon, thanks.
