What is the general opinion of RT 10s

What is the general opinion of RT 10s? There is a pair for sale locally to me for $90. I have not listened to them yet and probably won't be able to in my system unless I buy them. I already have Monitor 5s, 7s, and 10s. I would be driving them with either a Pioneer SX-1080, a Marantz 2275, or a Sansui 3000A.

LP and CD as the source as well.

Thanks!

John

I already have Polk Monitor 5s, 7,s and 10s. How would the RT10s compare? Is the build quality good? Is $90 a value? I know nothing about them.

I've never liked the RT line personally and they have no edge on the Monitor line. It's a good price and you should grab them so you know what they sound like.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

$90 is a no brainer, if you have a use for them.

90 bucks is a great price. I never heard the original RT line, but have heard many speak well of them. If you looked at it and posted here, that means your intrigued. for 90 bucks, try em out. if you resell, I cant see you losing too much money.
