ex368 rel pointing recomendations

I'm putting them in my explorer and wondering where is a good place to start in pointing them, both the front and the back.

    This Sunday, I'm installing my 368's in my '99 Contour, both front and rear doors. Is there a clearance problem in the front?
    Also, what are the recommendations for the REL aiming? These will be attached to a new Alpine CDM7874 50Wx4 receiver.

    Here's what I did. I pointed em completely away from the listening area first and sat in the sweet spot. Then I turned them just enough to where I could start to hear the highs. Within about 5 turns after that I had the sound dialed in exactly where I wanted it.
    Two Channel Main
    Receiver - VSX-54TX
    Mains - Csi40's
    Sub - Spiked Velodyne Cht-8 On Spiked Landscaping Stones
