Subwoofer Break-In

Do the subwoofers have to be broken-in for 20 hours or more as the Polk literature says?
What is the best way to break-in my Polk GNX-104 subwoofers?
Should I take the sub box out of my truck and hook it up to my home stereo and leave it on for a day or so?
I am not in the truck for very long periods of time so it is going to take a long time to break them in inside the vehicle.

Thanks Kim.
Do you mean play them at a "normal volume" for 20 hours?
I probably have about 2 hours on them so far at everything from normal to about 23 on my Alpine deck which is rather loud.
