Outlaw rr2150 reciever

Does any one have experience with the outlaw rr2150 reciever. I was wondering if its any good. Thinking about getting one to drive my RTA 11's. Or I could get 2 outlaw monoblock amps and use my old yamaha reciever as the preamp. Thoughts or comments appreciated.
