    I'll try to help:

Burning to a CD should be easy. You should be able to use Nero, or whatever program you usually use. If you have the right plugins you may be able to burn directly from the Flac files without converting them first. I always extract them to .wav's first, but that's easy: Just go tohttp://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html to download everything you'll need.

I'm not real familiar with Ipod, but I figure you're going to need .mp3's for it. In that case, you would extract the Flac files to .wav's (see above) then convert to .mp3 using LAME or your choice of converter. There are many tools available on the site I linked to above.

If none of that makes any sense, reply back and I'll try again or someone else will explain it better than I did. :)

Not too many mp3 players will play flac files.

The Rio Karma will (no longer available)

Several of gthe Cowon Iaudio players will.

I have an Iaudio X5 and rip my CD's to FLAC on the X5.
