Every time I log onto the Internet, it immediately takes me to a homepage that I didn't designate -- www.sysprotectionpage.com. This website acts like a virus and it has attached itself on my computer. **** are trying to sell their products.
I've run my AVG virus software along with Adaware and Spybot, but can't seem to remove the damn thing.
How do I get rid of it?
Thanks.

I had a problem a couple of weeks ago and I went to a website called Geeks to go .com and they have a step by step process you can go through and if that doesn't fix it you can post your problem and someone will help you. I went through the steps and that cleaned up the mess on my computer, I have not had any problems since.Polk RTi 8's

You might also consider installing Windows Defender - it is Microsoft ADware/Spyware/Anti-HiJack dingus - you can find it here:

It protects against home page hijacking and stuff installing into your startup registry. It's worked well for me so far...No earth robot is going to tell ME which button to press!!
