I have LC265i in-wall front speakers, a CSI-5 center speaker, LC80i rear speakers, and multiple LC60i speakers for a second zone. I am looking for a good multi-zone receiver that will power these 4ohm speakers. Suggestions please.

what's your budget?

Not sure what your budget is, however any of the higher end of the product line receivers from Denon, Yamaha, Onkyo, Pioneer, or HK should work. Best bet is to go listen to them and check out the Zone 2 features. Another option would be to look at the Outlaw Audio pre-amp/processor and separate multi-channel amplifier combinations. You can also get these same processor/amplifier combinations from B&K, Anthem, and Parasound.DKG999

Music System: Magnepan 1.6QR, SVS SB12+, ARC pre, Parasound HCA1500 vertically bi-amped, Jolida CDP, Pro-Ject RM5.1SE TT, Pro-Ject TubeBox SE phono pre, SBT, PS Audio DLIII DAC -
With that level of performance on the speaks, you may bet better off getting a seperate amp and pre. Not many receivers can handle the power demands to get those all to sing. And once your at that price range, seperates might be a less expensive option. There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

I'm hoping to stay within $1,000 if possible. However, if necessary I will go higher. I found a Rotel for about $1,350 and that's an option if I can't do better.

PS: I also have a P505 subwoofer.

Check out Outlaw Audio. I believe they have a nice receiver in your price range that should push those speakers with ease...

That model is in your budget and should do the job well. -
That looks good except I see no multi-zone capability and it seems to be rated for 6 or 8 ohm speakers, not 4 ohms. I've already had a problem with one with the same rating.

Give them a call. i'd be surprised if it won't do a 4 ohm load...
The HK receivers will probably do a 4 ohm load, and maybe NAD. Denon, Onkyo, and yamaha, while all great receivers, simply dodn't have the current capability to do a 4 ohm load well.
On the processing side, Denon is my favorite and is what I own, but you'll need some separate amplification for your 4 ohm needs. -
Roger, what receiver do you have now? If it has preouts, then all you will need is a separate amp.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2

B&K can handle the load and you can easily find them used on the 'gon
