Speaker choice for center rear channel

Hello. I'm very excited to be finally replacing my old Sony box set of speakers with some Polks finally. I have a 6.1 system and will be using Monitor 40s for the fronts and 30 for the rears and a CS1 for the center. My question is what to use for the center rear speaker. The problem is that my couch is against the back wall where the speaker should be. Right now I have it scooted out about ten inches and the Sony speaker sitting on the floor facing up. I was going to throw a CS1 back there but I'm worried that with it so close to the back of my head I will hear it over the other speakers. I have a single RM6752 that I was wondering if I should use instead.
