("watering" home plate was a nice touch)
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I was hoping someone would find a video of it...
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

Funny, but nothing beats Lee Elia's rant in the early 80s. I think I posted it here a while back.

Man... he really kept that going....

Usually once you flip out for a few seconds the rage dies down.... to go into the clubhouse and then come bakc OUT and continue the tirade takes some real commitment to your craziness :)
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

His comments afterwards were great. "I cleaned the plate for them too, they ought to have tipped me."

I love when these guys put on a show -- makes it even more funny when it's in the minors.

Shoot, keep him there. If I was umping, I would make one horribly bogus call a game and after he was ejected, I'd reverse the call. Lots of fun...

They said he's not getting fired, so you could still have fun with that.
