This is actually a positive post about Sears....

Sears pays the difference in salaries and maintains benefits for their called-up military reservist employees.

I'm not affiliated with Sears other than having some Craftsman tools.

I'm going to take back all the bad things I said about their garage door openers. Bravo Sears! Nice touch!

I've known about this for years and even though I live 40 minutes from Sears, I buy all my tires from them, along with other things.

Excellent to hear. I've been shopping at Sears for the craftsman stuff and usually took a quick peek in the electronics section. I will do more business with them now that I heard this.

Gotta start shopping at Sears again. Sears' action is a breath of fresh air through all the craziness and corporates greed that are going on recently.

Glad to know there're companies out there watching out for the welfare of its employees.

I work for the government....I wonder if it will do what Sears/Disney is doing.
