    Obviously whover named it "mosquito" has never been around a real mosquito. Much higher pitched. OTOH, mosquitos in GA can be helicopter size too.

    That is the truth the first time I saw a large mosquito here in GA I did not believe that's what it was until I actually saw it. Those things are prehistoric man, they need dinosaurs for a real meal. Haha. I just tried the ring on my laptop and hear it on it too. My roommate sitting next to me didn't hear a thing. It is one truly annoying sound.
