Do I agree? Sure, as a person he was/is/always will be a punk. But guess what? He sells. Unfortunately, thats all he has to offer now.

What was it, round 3, when he landed that strong left, and Lewis shook it off? He knew he was done at that point. I'm sure Lewis could have finished him prior to round 4, it seemed to me he just wanted to beat on him more.....

Tyson is undoubtedly one of, if not the, most talented boxer(s) to walk this earth. Amazing talent as a boxer, incredible speed and supernatural power, in his day. However, at this point, his day has passed, he's washed up. Sure, you might see a fight or two more, why? Because we are waiting for his next wheels-off scene/speech, etc, not because we really believe he has anything to offer, for the sport.

Great boxer (in his prime), but yes, a real punk. But punk sells PPV viewings......

    Cheers,
    Russ

The 20 year old Mike Tyson would have beaten any fighter to ever walk this planet, and without much difficulty. Just my opinion.

For a while, Tyson was my neighbor (about 5 miles away) via the Indiana Boys Correctional School. Now, he lives in a mansion in Vegas. I liked him better in Indiana.

Not when Tyson was focused on boxing, not when he was 20. He was so much faster than any of those guys, they wouldn't have known what hit them. Once Tyson lost his mind, sure, anyone could've beaten him, even Buster Douglas.

Frazier, hardly, with a pro record of 32-4-1, I don't think so. Now Ali and Foreman had great careers, so that can be a interesting topic. Still, I don't see them being able to touch Tyson in his prime. Foreman, not fast enough. Ali? How long do you think he could rope-a-dope with Tyson pounding on him?

Anyone up for Marciano? He stayed on top for a decade solid..and retired as the only undefeated heavyweight champion in boxing history. 49-0, 43 by K-O........

Thanks... but I'm not crazy enough to fight him

    Peace,

PS OHHHH you meant CASIOUS CLAY, one of the Baddest ****'s to box. Rocky Marciano was the best, but a "prime" fight between he and Tyson would be a hard call.

Evertime white boys talk about boxin' they bring up Rocky Marciano.......

Didn't he fight his brother in law or some **** a couple times?

Frazier was probably the strongest **** to ever fight, just not the best boxer....

Ali didn't start the rope-a-dope until he started to age. In his prime he was quicker than most middleweights. I doubt Tyson could have kept up with him.....

Tyson in his prime was the man, he would have knocked Ali out in 5. You have to remember when Mike was dress in all black, kissed his trainer, walk in the ring, and unleashed total hell on somebody's ****, it was brutal, Ali would have bobned and weaved for 4, then in the 5th Mike would have got him on the ropes and took his head off. Sorry to say, I am a huge Ali fan, but Mike would have killed him. Rocky?? that guy would wear you out by catching your punches with his face, I don't think he could have withstood the punishment.
