    "Modest"?!?

    Looks quite extravagant to me...
    Great look and congratulations:)
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Love the throne! Nice looking setup. Especially like the frame on the screen.

Doesn't the SVS cause the doors to rattle in the cave? How did you treat the doors to keep them from vibrating?

Where did you locate your surround speakers? I could not find them in the pictures.

What are the rest of the plans for the room? Seating? Expansion to 7.1?

    Great job!

i now know for a fact that you folks are a bunch of audiophiles that miss the forest for the trees, it took 11 replies before somebody finally made a comment about the best and most important thing in the pictures, my wife, you fools! to quote gandalf from the fellowship of the rings:D

thanks for all the comments, as for the doors rattling, we have plans to make them more stable, i didn't realize the power of the svs until we tested the sub with the denon, but i do like the fabric shaking when the base gets intense.

as for theater seats, we already have the seating that we will be using, just a matter of time before we set them up.

the side surrounds are in wall tc65i and i will be posting updated pictures soon. the denon also powers speakers in the bedroom and the bathroom in the basement. pictures soon.

"entertainment center and screen custom built by my wife the most beautiful "bob Villa" you ever saw "

Okay, I definitely agree that she is the most beautiful Bob Villa I've ever seen. :)

But to say the entertainment center and screen were custom built by a WIFE ?
Now, that's just too much. Wives don't do such things; there's some kind of law or something somewhere. ;)

    Very nice, all around.
