The fairest tax is a sales tax. If you spend a lot, you pay alot. If you spend a little, you pay a little.
The estate tax is legalized robbery. First you are taxed on it, then you put it in the bank (or buy something of value) and are taxed on it again when you die.
Remember, no matter how you collect the money, the way you spend it is what causes problems. The fairest tax in the world isn't going to matter if we aren't able to elect people who use it responsibly. I am pretty disgusted with how entitlements are balooning out of control.Jolida Tube

I'm all for a flat tax, everybody pay 15%. All other forms are unfair in one form or another.Review Site_ (((AudioPursuit)))

I think the Fair tax (pay it when you spend it) is the way to go. IMO too many people get away with under the table income that is currrently not taxed, The person or family who saves will benefit the most. There have been discussions on what to do about the older people who have paid taxes on their savings but would now have to pay again when they spend it. The answer to that is that the hidden taxes now paid on things will be eliminated, compensating them for the difference. Visitors to our country would also pay the taxes. As for poverty level citizens, have a credit for basic survival expenditures.>
