Quick question. Can I use 2 sets of Component Video cable to connect analog SACD to receiver?

Ward, cables carrying analog audio signals don't require any precise impedance characteristics. They tend to be around 40-50 ohms, but the 75 ohm cables often used for video or for digital audio signals are also just as good for analog audio. For short distances the opposite is also the case, i.e. a cable having a lower than 75 ohm impedance carries digital signals with no problem, and strictly speaking there's no such thing as a "digital cable".
