I'm feeling especially **** today, so here's an easy but very good shrimp recipe I created/tried out last week, really good:

1. Small uncooked shrimp (small are more tender than jumbo)
2. Montreal steak seasoning (spicey/hot variety)
3. 1/2 cup chopped of either purple/white onions (purple is sweeter)
4. 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
5. 3 tablespoons of butter (yeah, I said BUTTER)
6. OPTIONAL: 1 tblspn lime juice (I like it better without lime)
7. White rice

Lightly brown onions/peppers in butter, add (peeled and cleaned) shrimp. Sprinkle some Montreal steak seasoning to taste. Put lime juice in (if you like) and stir. When shrimp is pink you're done. Put on top of cooked white rice.

    Sounds awesome...:D

as long as I don't have to "devein" those badboys, my appetite's good

btw what exactly goes into Montreal seasoning?

I had Montreal chicken Sunday and couldn't pinpoint it
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Don't know for sure, just look for it the seasoning isle--it's pre-mixed. Don't get the standard, get the spicey/hot variety.
