Might one of you be able to help me out? Years back Polk used to have a system where a wire ran between the speakers to improve / manipulate the imaging. What was that called and can anyone point me to a link that describes the technology?

Appreciate any input.

A Polkie here maintains a web site for SDA's here's a link from his site of a Review for the SRS's in Stereo Review magazine. In the addendum to the article they go into detail about how the technology works.

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it.
