Who was Elesar( forgive me if its not spelled right) in the LOTR trilogy and why did Sauron call Aragorn that at the end of ROTK?

    no I belive that Legolas said the Aragorn was the son of Arathorn( or something like that )in FOTR in the council meeting

    I believe that it's the name of the sword that was broken and then reforged.

    Aragorn's father was Arathorn
    Lovin that music year after year.

    no the name of the sword in the frist film was the shards of Narsil and in the thrid film it was Aunduril flame of the west , same sword I know

    King Elessar is the name Aragorn took when he claimed the throne. Galadriel gave him that name & it means "Elf-stone".
