I am trying to track down Mskeezer. What with him having 185 bucks of my money and having nothing to show for it and all.

I know he has done quite a bit of trade on the sight, and I am hoping I can get as much info as I can to begin my search. any previous addresses and phone numbers you guys might have, even if they are invalid now, can be a great help.

by all means, PM me the info, as oppossed to making it public on the forum. I also assure you that only legal means will be used to try to contact him. (he took 185 bucks, not a kidney :D )

I would appreciate any help I can get

thanx

don't you have his first and last name? should be easy to track phone numbers or do a reverse telephone to get the address... But if he doesnt have a residence of his own or a phone.. no use anyways getting any old info.. Good luck though

Take the info you have to the post office and turn his **** in for mail fraud. Let the Postal Inspectors track him down.

As I understand it, If you send a payment through the US Postal and you don't receive the product...it's Mail Fraud. I might be wrong, but it never hurts to call your local Post Office and find out.

what address did you send the payment to? don't post it here.. i'm just asking the question. Have you tried to send another letter via secure mail? one that requires his signature. that way you'll know if he is getting your correspondences.

He simply ignores it and it confirms nothing, If you dont have a current address its a moot point for any action..

you would also have to have proof of the mailing, delivery conformation, insurance or something trackable, a simple stamped letter is untrackable, I ship all the time through them and various others and have dealt with lost mail. Its not as simple as it seems and they don't go man hunting over a check you say you sent. It sucks but its the way it is, If he's been seen online according to F1 he has no plans to right this problem.. or he's working on a sob story to unload so everyone will say, AH that explains it ok your let off the hook...

Keep pushing lou and see what happens, get on the phone and make some calls...

This worked for me a few years back. I bought something through Ebay that was not as described. I returned it and didn't get a refund. Here is a copy of the letter they sent. I did get my money back.

Hmm. Seems he was online today.

That profile also indicates he has a Yahoo! Messenger screen name, maybe another way to contact him?
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
