Good Morning all. New to this Page as well as new to Polk Audio.
Few things.
For the last 4 to 5 years I had always had Bose System, running a 7.1 surround system. I had the accoutimas 10 plus a Bose 601 series using as my front speakers. I recently just bought a house and ran my wiring though the wall and mounted the speakers. Speakers sounded great. Lacked one thing though and that my friend was the bulkyness. I figured they were great while renting but now tht I have my own place I wanted to sink some into the wall and make them flush mount. So being a huge Bose fan starting looking around, but everything pointed me to Polk Audio's. So I took a chance and went with Polk. A friend of mine purchased my Bose system and I bought a pair of RC85i for the fronts. Two sents of RC60i (for rear and Surround). I then brought the PSW303 for Bass and really couldn't find a Center from Polk unless I bought another set of RC85i and just use one, so I went with a Infinity ERS HV250 for the center. I have installed pretty much everything except this Infinity ERS HV250. Everything looks and so far sound great. Currently I have a Sony Str-DE698 Pushing around 90 Watts per channel. So I know I am ranting, but I just wanted to let Polk Audion that they just took another Bose fan and Made them into a Polk Audio Fan.

Welcome Tony, I ran 901 VI's for 14 years; they weren't the last word on articulation, but they sure were good for giving digital an "analog" sound. I never realized how terrible some CD's sound until I went back to conventional speakers.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
