Feels like singin' that Nelly's song. It's 6am, 68 d F, humidity I imagine in the 50-60% (or it feels like). It will be a scorching hot day, here in California, just like this past weekend. Phoeey.
The slight good news is I am heading to La Jolla on biz this morning. So, at least, a little bit of morning fog and temp. of 10-15 d F less, as in the past few weeks while I was there.
Anybody else suffering with us this morning?

I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

at 6am? eeeesh, thats gonna be a muggy day. I can take high temps, but the humidity absolutly kills me. I would rather it be 90 with little to no humidity than 80 with high humidity any dayLiving Room 2 Channel -

Hot and pretty dry here in the valley.
Today is supposed to hit 90 deg.
To deal with the heat we have decided to have a pool put in. So I spent this weekend emptying out my old shed and tearing it down. In the heat.
Now I am slightly sunburned but in two months it will be sooooo worth it.Skynut

I love to run outside when its really hot. But when its humid too, I sweat my **** off. The thing is though, here in pittsburgh, when its hot, 90% of the time, its very humid too. Like last week, 90 degree temps and humid. Todays nice and cool though, only 60 degrees right now.AVR: H/K AVR240

I stayed in mesa, Az for two weeks a couple years back it was sunny and very hot (in the 100s) but not humid at all. Perfect weather for me.
I would still rather live in Pittsburgh cause I also don't mind snow and cold. I would hate it always being hot (and vice versa) People here are always bitching about snow and cold and I always tell them, If you hate it so much, why don't you just move out.AVR: H/K AVR240

Haha, a friend of mine was flying out to Phoenix (well, Scottsdale) for the first time this week to visit a friend of his. He had no idea how hot it got out there - I was like "be prepared for it to be over a hundred" and he didn't believe me until we went on weather.com. And you guys had a bit of a heat wave to boot - 109 Saturday. I haven't heard from him, but he was supposed to be golfing all weekend, I'm curious how he thought it was....
I remember the first time I was down there, visiting my cousin when he lived there.... MAN was it hot. I think I still have a burn scar from when I touched something metal in his car....If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -

Yeah, a hundred or more here in the dry desert is a bit easier to del with than say 95 and 70% humidity back home in GA.
Last summer, I checked online and Statesboro, GA actually had a heat index of near 130. It was like 98 and 97% humidity and NOT raining!
