Poll on likes or dislikes DirecTV HR10-250 HD

I have DirecTV and now a HD television. I heard some negitives on this unit, but see that some members here use this receiver. I know they are adding more HD locals more satellites 5 total from 3, new dish and new recorder HR20-???. This will be a change in signal form MPEG2 to MPEG4 in which I was told.
