    That's why I will never buy a full-on entertainment center. **** don't fit!

This is one of my biggest barriers to moving to a verry large TV. The entertainment center can cost as much or more than the TV depending on how much equipment, size finish, function, etc.

Congrats on the TV. From what I've seen and read, it is an excellent product. Sound and Vision's review wasn't steller this month on it, but every other review I've read rates it very well, with the Fujitsu and Pioneer Elite passing it in a few areas.

Let us know what you think when you get it hooked up.

Entertainment center problem update... Center piece for TV didn't work A circular saw quickly became NON WAF 3" cut (with 100" + to go) to many sparks / noise / dust. FEMALES

OK off to wally world (WalMart) for something this was it for now http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3377254 So all this looks a bit funny as it's out of place being different in color but it works for now.

In the future this entire entertainment center will be replaced with http://www.audioadvisor.com/store/productdetail.asp?Variant=1&AttribNum=1&pf_id=8793&sku=SALQ30CA1&selAttribute_1=Cherry%2FBlack
with the plasma mounted on wall (this thing begs to be mounted on wall :D)

As far as picture very happy with it, I been looking for 2 yrs now and the Panasonics are by the best bang for buck. Better would be the Pioneers but if this things dies soon 3 / 5 yrs I wouldn't be so upset given with I paid. I go to this CC near me in Orlando who hooks all sets with component cables feeding a HD signal from Directv so you can see what is what. I don't believe from what I seen out there that most don't have these sets hookup right and many hook up with straight cable / RF.

It killed me to destroy to 2k entertainment cabinet yesterday. I look forward to something that would work for my audio equipment and television, no more GLASS for me.

Faster as being unpractical I couldn't agree with you more. I have more holes or missing backer boards in the entertainment center to make it this long (7 years) it was never built for anything but a Nick Nack. IMHO

I know, no long componets... not multi million cords from everywhere either.. just one cord for a vcr/dvd and one for a stereo.. period.. the rest you have to cut out, remove board, add fans.. I use a stand alone audio cabinet.. and havent had a small tube tv for years to need a table for one
