Ya its me again,
Still havnt got my new subs, but maybe someone could explain the differance between 10s and 12s. and 12s and 15s to me. Aside from size and price whats differnt sound? If so could someone explaint to me what which one sounds like. Thanks again. Also if i would be better getting two 10s two 12s or one 15.

The bigger the sub the more area youve got to move air. That means itll generally be louder and it will play lower notes with more authority however the smaller ones tend to be a little "tighter".polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

Thanks,
Which ones would you go with? -
I would would highly recommend Soundsplinter (www.soundsplinter.com). They make some very nice subwoofers that are offered at very reasonable prices.
I previously owned an RL-i 10" subwoofer. This sub would be pretty tough to beat at the price they are offering it at. It plays very clean, and has very nice output capabilities. This thing sounds really nice in a .75 cubic foot sealed box. Two of these things would sound sweet.

This is the sub I wanted to go with, the RL-p 12" sub. This thing can get very loud, and still play very clean. The only reason I did not go with it was the box size it required. With my amp it would have required a 1.5 cubic foot box.

I ended up going with an Arc Audio sub. Like I said, I originally wanted go with the Soundplinter RL-p12, but things did not work out. Having said that, I am very happy with my purchase of the Arc sub. It is a very musical sub that has nice output. I have it in a box that is a little over a cubic foot. Here is a little quote from one of the guys at Maxima.org that I believe is pretty knowledgable regarding mobile audio, "The Arc series sub is an Image Dynamics designed/built sub. It offers the SQ and transparency of the legendary IDQ with substantially better output/higher xmax and power handling. Its not your typical bumper flexing mammoth supersub, but if SQ is what you are looking for with more than adequate output for the fun stuff-its an all around geat sub for both SQ/SPL."

Thanks for your help but i dont have a credit or debet card so i cant order online. But maybe you could help me find something else. I have a box already made for a pair of 10'' subs... my father builds custom cabinets for kitches and hes more than willing to build me a new box. So if i had him build me a new box for maybe just one powerfull 10''. Which would you go with, sorry but i gotta stay local.
thanks kyle -
You could stay local with Arc. Go to their website and put in your zip code, they will tell you right there where the dealers closest to you are.Alpine: CDA-7949
