Headsets

I'm looking to get a nice headset for my computer to use for internet phone calls (and possibly for regular phone, too). I think I only want a speaker on the one ear. Does anyone have any experience with these? Who makes nice ones? Has anyone ever tried the wireless ones? How about the ones that are also a regular phone? It looks like Plantronics makes some good stuff. Logitech also has some cool looking stuff. For a more basic unit I see Sennheiser makes them too. So, who has experience with these things?

Too bad Revel doesn't make one and sell it for $700, without the cushy ear foam of course (thats optional)....
Get your $9.99 Jensen on and be done with it..... Are you actually contemplating spending semi-serious coin here? And leave the Aaron rig barrio-biamped?
Priorities man....

I can picture it now, Aaron, sitting in the back of the short yellow bus, with his helmet and headset on.

Calm yourselves! I'm talking sub $100 here. Probably more like $50 tops.

I've used the same Plantronics set here at work for the last 4 1/2 years, and they are nice units. Comfortable, good quality, sound is excellent. For me, the over the head units are lot more comfortable than the ear pieces. It's nice having mute and volume controls. Not sure how much they cost though...

Maybe juice will chime in on the subject.
(Imagine the cost of the headset he's wearing around that enormous head while he's busy taking phone calls at work)

I picked up the wireless Logitech headset. It's pretty sweet for the money. A corded Plantronics setup that could be used for both telephone and computer would have cost around $200. That's more than I wanted to spend, especially for something that wasn't wireless.
