Yamaha rx-v659 meets Polk RM6000...

Can anybody tell me the best way to pull off this union for maximum effect? I should also mention that I have a pair of Infinity RS3s. Optimally, I'd like to make the Infinity's the front speakers and the Polk RM6000s the presence speakers. But I'm a rookie at this stuff and looking for any suggestions.
