I heard these classics the other day. It's not a very common or sought after speaker, but an example of when Infinity made a good speaker. They sounded pretty neat, nothing amazing, just classic vintage.
TRIVIA: Why are the main drivers used in this speaker important? or more aptly, what do they have in common? Can you name what else they appear in...?

CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I'm guessing that it has NOTHING to do with Space/Time Continuum ...mind you, it's just a wild guess, but I think I'm correct.

Peerless tweeters, and I believe those are Seas mid-ranges same as used in the B&O S75/S80 monitors.DKG999

The Peerless is a giveaway, but there are two tweeters, with a different roll....good catch on the Seas/B&O...but there is a more mainstream user of that driver....CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. The midrange is definetly an ADS unit, but the DQ10 was a different frame...same driver design.

interesting speaker, I'm wondering why that driver is enclosed except for the front if it was made to (I assume) be a 360 degree tweet?
that, and a peerless? wonder what the crossover point is between the 2, or if it overlaws.
