    Welcome to the Club Polk Forums jdannyj! Do you have the center channel level adjusted? I would turn up the center channel level to get a better blend. The matching speakers will get you a better timbre match and this may help. But I would start with channel adjustments. Good luck and welcome to Club Polk!

    Hi & welcome. Go into the speaker settings for the receiver & bump up the volume for the center channel a couple of notches, but leave all the other speakers where they are.

    This is a common complaint for just about all center channels!
