Got the amp, now about the binding posts straps...

OK, I just got my Outlaw 7500 amp hooked up, and it definitely sounds better than running my RTi10's stright from the Yamaha 1600 (so thanks to all those that advised me on the amp thread weeks ago). Now the latest question is about the binding post straps. I had removed the straps previously, because I was bi-amping out of the Yamaha (using my zone 2 internal amps for the second inputs to the RTi10's.) So I placed the binding straps back on, and now I see everyone here saying to remove the straps and wire the 2 pairs of binding posts using good speaker wire. I have some left over Audioquest X2 cable, should I just put spades or banana plugs on this cable and jump the binding posts?

Thanks for your help,

TL
