OK, I bought my Polk RTi10's about 3 months ago, and I noticed recently that the front grille of one of the speakers had what looked like a bulge in it. So when I took the grille off, I noticed that there was a slight crack near one of the nubbs that attaches to the speaker. How do I order a new grille or should I just glue the crack?

I would use a little JB weld to glue it togeter and replace the missing plastic.

If it doesn't turn out, buy a new grill.

a good 12 hour epoxy could work but be super careful not to get any on the grill cloth even from behind because it could possibly show on the outside. You could slide a sheet of computer paper or two between the brace and the grill cloth before you start gluing but I would definately try gluing first. My grills on my 10's are broken in 5 little places but I can't even tell so I don't care.
