A way with words

Felix, the owner of this piece, sure has a way with words. I own one of these units and while I think it's a true sleeper, I think he gets a bit carried away with his praise. If it's that good why is he selling it? :D

I'm not complaining as it's a very good advert....especially for e-bay. Perhaps he's a salesman in real life. :p . The enthusiasm for the piece just amused me. Great pre-amp nonetheless.

I don't care how good it is, or how thorough he is in his ad.. That is way to much print for a auction.. Nobody really reads past the first few lines and ignore terms anyway.. I had added some new terms years ago to my template i use and unkindly received an e-mail saying it was to much and they wouldnt bid because of it..mind you it was 1 paragraph only and maybe 4 lines worth.. not 10 paragraphs and 2 pages worth of dribble.. and terms..

To be honest, I sometimes find that I have a hard time reading things that may be only four sentences if they are not spaced.
I guess it is just my squirrell on speed attention span.

I am in agreement with the overkill................. Felix needs to be killed over and over again. Headbashed to death with that preamp would be fitting.

made me think of the Nakamichi 1000.

Ebay'd it, just to see what they went for. No offerings for the complete cassette deck, but you can get the erase head for $337.59 ("Buy it Now") and the playback head for $375.10. ("Buy it Now").

The seller has some pretty flashy graphics, but I think he should contact Felix to help punch up the text.
